Dr. Wong's Stretches and Exercises
Lower Back Stretch 1
This one will gently stretch and exercise every vetebrea in your spine. It's a use it or loose it proposition. By working each vetebrea, you maintain flexibility, circulation and disc height.
While sitting, hands together, GENTLY, turn left and right. Do this smoothly and gently. Doing this too hard is detrimental.
