Dr. Wong's Six Key Spinal Exercises

Having your back or spine in great shape tends make you feel good all over! How old you "feel" is often times determined by the condition of your back. Stiff back equals feeling old regardless of age.

After much research and development, I've narrowed these Six Key Spinal Exercises to be the quickest and simplest way to maintain the health of your spine. Some of these exercises are aimed at maintaining and rehabilitating the constant degeneration of spinal discs.

Indeed the main reason for decreased body height is due to the degeneration of spinal discs....a condition which can be rehabilitated. These exercises are what I recommend to most patients on our "Disc Rebuilding Program".


Do these right at home!

Do ten repetitions each, morning and night!
